The Cryder House. 166-25 Powell Cove Blvd, Beechhurst, NY

Cryder House is a community of 237 cooperative apartments. The Cryder House is the recipient of a plaque designating it one of the top ten co-ops in New
York. It has also been cited for outstanding design and won the First Prize Award from the Queens Chamber of Commerce in 1963.

What we did

• Installed a new 230 feet tall 38-in diameter stainless steel 316 chimney.
• The boilers remained operational during installation and no temporary boiler employed
• Prepared draft calculations and drawings for filing and approval
