American Ventilation Services specializes in chimney liners, chimney stacks, and ventilation systems for commercial properties. We are one of the few companies still performing tall-building installations in New York City and the only company still performing UL-Listed chimney liner installations on some of the city's tallest structures. We also utilize locally sourced products whenever possible.

Technical Capabilities

We install factory-built stainless steel chimney systems, breeching, liners, and stacks up to 48 inches in diameter. Our offerings include single-wall and double-wall systems, with options tested to recognized U.S. and Canadian standards and designed for a wide range of commercial venting applications.

Material Options & Components

Available materials include 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 444 stainless steel, selected to support corrosion resistance and long-term performance. Systems can also be supplied with fittings, guides, supports, elbows, and other project-specific accessories.
