Located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, this building is located down the block from both the 1 train and the A,B,C, D trains. This mixed commercial and residential building is 10-stories high and hosts 58 residential units a 5 commercial spaces.

What we did

• Installed a new double-wall chimney stack (20-in diameter 304SS inner wall and 22-in diameter 304 SS outer wall) running approximately 102 feet tall at the exterior of the building.
• All exterior scaffolding and temporary structures and supports were provided by American Ventilation Services, Inc., which holds a Rigger’s License in the City of New York.
