320 East 52nd is a 14-story luxury building located in Midtown East’s Turtle Bay neighborhood, near Grand Central Station and the United Nations. It offers its residents amenities such as a part-time doorman, an on-site spa, a laundry room, and beautiful apartments renovated with modern and high-end finishes. This pet-friendly building is the commuter’s ideal location and environment to live in.

What we did

• Installed a new double-wall chimney stack (18-in diameter 304SS inner wall and 22-in diameter 304 SS outer diameter).
• The chimney ran vertically at the exterior of the building facade for a height of approximately 122 feet before turning into a 33-feet horizontal run, then extending another 37 feet vertically terminate above the bulkhead roof. See Chimney Shop Drawings for 3D Model.
