Carlyle Towers I, II and III, Flushing, NY 11355

Built in 1962, the Carlyle Towers is a cluster of apartment buildings housing 285 residential  apartment units each. The buildings are 15-stories high and nearly 280,000 square feet in gross floor area. 

What we did

• Installed a new 162 feet tall 24-in diameter 316 stainless steel chimney Liner.
• The boilers remained operational during installation of Liner and no temporary boiler employed.
• The project was completed about 1 month ahead of schedule.
